Return & Refund Policy – Muscle Up®

At Muscle Up®, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required

For health and safety reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or partially used supplements

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Products returned without prior authorization

  • Sale or promotional items (unless defective)


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We will gladly provide a replacement or full refund, at no additional cost.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your payment provider

  3. Contact us if the issue persists
