REFUND POLICY

1. General Return Conditions

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, the product must meet all of the following criteria:
• The item must be new, unused, and undamaged.
• It must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories (lid, magnetic stirring capsule, manual, etc.).
• All components must be intact and in perfect condition.
• The order number must be provided with your request.

⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, used or damaged items cannot be accepted.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Your email must include:
1. Full name
2. Order number
3. Reason for the return
4. A photo or video of the product (if defective)

We will respond within 24–48 hours with detailed return instructions.


3. Defective or Damaged Products

If your mug arrives defective, damaged, or if the magnetic stirring system does not function properly, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request the following:
• Photo or video clearly showing the issue
• Order number
• Brief description of the problem

After verification, one of the following solutions will be offered:
• Free replacement
• Full refund
• Store credit

In this case, return shipping fees are fully covered by WiseCup.


4. Return Shipping Costs
• For non-defective returns, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method.
WiseCup cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.


5. Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email regarding:
• Approval or rejection of the return
• Refund details or replacement instructions

Processing time is typically 3–5 business days after the item is received.

If approved, refunds are issued via the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Bank processing times may require 3–10 additional days.


6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and compliance reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
• Items that have been used
• Items missing their original packaging or accessories
• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery


7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the standard return policy applies.


8. Exchanges

Exchanges are only possible in the following cases:
• Defective product
• Damaged product
• Incorrect item received

For all other cases, a return must be processed, and a new order must be placed.
